Taskmaster is a villain whose "photographic reflexes" allow him to read and copy his enemies moves. He can also predict the moves of any enemy Avengers Captain America Spider-Man Black Widow
Taskmaster has several academies around the world where he and/or his trainees train people to become henchmen to other supervillains or, in the case of better students, become supervillains themselves. The worst students still are a source of income fror Taskmaster, as the Red Skull uses them for his own training and kills them. Some of those either trained directly by Taskmaster or at least having trained in his academies include Anaconda, Cutthroat, Deadpool, Diamondback and U.S. Agent, among others.
