Agent Brock Rumlow, also commonly known as Rumlow, is a Special Forces Unit member and Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. He is second in command to Steve Rogers. He is part of the STRIKE team and is one of the most powerful Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
